Everything you need to get started - from app installation to calendar connections.

Install App (PWA)

Add to home screen without app store

    Go to syncalendars.com in Safari

    Please use Safari, not Chrome

  2. 2

    Tap the share button (□↑) at the bottom

  3. 3

    Select "Add to Home Screen"

  4. ✓

    Done! Use like an app from home screen

    Go to syncalendars.com in Chrome

  2. 2

    Tap menu (⋮) at top right

  3. ✓

    "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen"

    Click install icon (⊞) right of address bar

  2. ✓

    Click "Install" → Done!

Connect Calendars

How to connect Google, Apple, and Notion

  1. Click "Connect Google Calendar" on dashboard
  2. Sign in to Google & allow permissions
  3. Connection complete!
💡 Multiple Google accounts supported · Google Tasks auto-connected
🔒 Google Calendar data is used only for syncing and is never shared with third parties.

Requires Basic plan or above
  1. Click "Connect Notion" on dashboard
  2. Select workspace & allow access
  3. Select "Allow access to all pages" or choose specific pages
  4. Choose database to sync
⚠️ Only databases with Date property can be connected
💡 To create a template on a new page, go to that page and click "..." → "Connections" → "Syncalendars"
Notion
  1. Create app-specific password at appleid.apple.com
  2. Enter Apple ID + app-specific password on dashboard

FAQ

Get your questions answered

  1. Check if connected account is valid
  2. Click "Manual Sync" button in settings
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting

Yes! Events from past 30 days to future 90 days sync from connection time. Events outside this window remain in each calendar but stop syncing bidirectionally. (Events are not deleted)

All data is encrypted in transit, and we don't store passwords directly using OAuth.
